1. Scope

This license applies to the original code, agent instructions, documentation, tests, and examples distributed in this Package. It grants no rights to any private ELYRAON service, orchestration, model, infrastructure, source code, or data.

2. Grant

Upon lawful one-time purchase of this Package, Colton McClain grants the recipient a non-exclusive, worldwide license to install, use, and privately modify version 0.1.1 of the Package for the recipient's personal or internal business purposes. This license has no subscription requirement or recurring fee. It does not promise future versions, support, or hosted service access.

3. Restrictions

You may not redistribute, publish, sublicense, resell, or share the Package or modified versions, or offer its code as a competing hosted product. Private modifications for your own licensed use are permitted. These restrictions do not restrict your ownership or distribution of your own records or reports generated by the Package, provided those reports do not reproduce Package source.

4. Your data and authority

You retain your rights in input records and output reports. You are responsible for authorizing access and execution in your environment. Memory records and continuity summaries require review and do not guarantee safe changes or operations.

5. Third-party rights

Third-party software used with the Package retains its own license. This license does not replace or restrict those separate licenses. The Package uses Python's standard library; the Python runtime is not included in the Package.

6. Termination

This license terminates upon material breach. Following termination, stop using and delete your copies. You may retain your own reports.

7. No warranty

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PACKAGE IS PROVIDED AS IS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. No diagnostic, repair, compatibility, availability, or commercial outcome is guaranteed.

8. Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE LICENSOR IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS, INCLUDING LOST DATA OR PROFITS. Nothing excludes liability that applicable law prohibits excluding.

9. Governing law and venue

This license is governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States. Disputes shall be brought in state or federal courts with jurisdiction in Tulsa County, Oklahoma.
